branch is situated in
Antwerp, the home-town of
our founder Mr. RACHTEN.
It is the largest branch of
the company.
Situated at the “left bank”
of the river “Schelde”, the
branch employs over 100
employees.
The Branch is currenty
managed by Vincent
RACHTEN, a grandson of Mr.
Karel RACHTEN.

Act Global
Our branches have been localized in different parts of the world. We are already organized in
Western Europe and Asia. From these sites we are able to serve our clients on a global level.
Think Local
By establishing local branches, staffed with local people, we are able to “think together with our
local customers”. DISTRICO’s Management Team is currently looking to establish a branch in
North American area.

BARCELONA BRANCH
The second Branch is located near Barcelona, in the
harbor area of Tarragona. It is especially specialized in
bulk transport over water.
It also has a proven experience in consulting services
related to process management in international logistics
and warehousing environments.
HONG-KONG BRANCH
The Hong-Kong Branch is our location to serve the Asian
markets. These markets have been booming and our
branch has been expanding along with it.
This branch also deployes a lot of special projects for its
clients and fully deploys all combinations of the WARR
principle.
NEWPORT BRANCH
The NewPort Branch is the fourth and youngest branch of
Districo. It is however headed by the father of the
"eWARR" principle, Mr. Will BROOCK, and it is therefore in
very good hands.
The last two years, the education services have been
expanding in the NewPort area and has become the prime
focus of this Branch.
